- Mainstream Voucher Program -

Flagler/Clay County Housing Authority will be accepting applications online for its Mainstream Housing Choice Voucher program beginning at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.


It will remain open until 100 applications have been received.


The available spots on the waiting list are for funds that the Housing Authority has received to administer the Mainstream Voucher program. 



The eligibility requirements are that: the applying family have a family member that is non-elderly (between the ages of 18-61) and disabled. Applicants must have a disabled household member that is between the ages of 18-61 to apply.

Applications can only be provided online or by advanced written request to the Flagler County Housing Authority, P.O. Box 188, Bunnell, FL  32110-0188.  Paper applications are offered as a Reasonable Accommodation for disabled applicants only with verification of Social Security income/age and must be requested before January 31, 2020. 

You must provide Social Security Award Letter dated within the last 60 days, a current Photo ID, and the written request for a paper application.

No applications will be provided at the agency.

Once the waiting list is closed, applicants will be placed in ranking order according to date and time of application.

Access to internet and computers:

To ensure availability and access to the online system, the Flagler County Housing Authority will have 2 computers available at our Flagler Office Resource Center, 502 South Bacher St., Bunnell, FL 32110 from 8:30am-10:30am starting on February 12, 2020 until the waiting list is closed.
